2000-2001 Catalog Course Description:  A transition
from elementary algebra to college algebra.  Topics
include operations with radicals, graphing of linear
and nonlinear functions, algebra of linear and
nonlinear functions, systems of linear equations
and inequalities, review of factoring and quadratic
functions.  Applications will be emphasized.
